Refund Policy

At Engage Shipping, we provide professional dispatch services to owner-operators and fleet operators. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
1. General Policy
All fees paid to Engage Shipping are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy. By using our services, clients acknowledge that dispatch services are based on effort and facilitation, not guaranteed income or load acceptance.
2. Owner-Operators vs. Fleet Clients
a) Owner-Operators:

Any setup, onboarding, or administrative fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Weekly or monthly dispatch fees are non-refundable once dispatch work begins, including any partial week.

Refunds are not issued due to load rate dissatisfaction, driver cancellations, market conditions, or broker/shipper issues.
b) Fleet Clients:

Setup, onboarding, and administrative fees are non-refundable upon service activation.

Dispatch fees are non-refundable for the billing period in which services are rendered.

No refunds will be issued due to fleet management decisions, driver availability, or operational outcomes beyond Engage Shipping’s control.
3. Service Disclaimer / No Guarantees

Engage Shipping does not guarantee load availability, income, or load acceptance.

All dispatch services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Clients acknowledge that trucking is subject to external variables including broker policies, driver discretion, weather, and market conditions.
4. Cancellation & Termination

Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice via email or certified mail.

Services terminated after work has commenced are not eligible for refunds.

Engage Shipping may terminate services immediately for violation of terms, non-payment, non-cooperation, or abusive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration shall be conducted in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, and governed by Indiana state law.

By using our services, you waive your right to pursue disputes in court, including class action claims.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Clients must contact Engage Shipping directly to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
7. Exceptions
Refund exceptions may be granted only at the sole discretion of management and must be approved in writing.
