  • Maintain required licenses, permits, insurance, and operating authority

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

  • Communicate promptly and professionally with brokers and shippers

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Vehicle operation

  • Cargo safety

  • Delivery performance

  • Regulatory compliance

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for Services will be disclosed before engagement and may be charged:

  • Per load

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Or as otherwise agreed

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Load volume

  • Rates

  • Income

  • Broker acceptance

  • Continuous service availability

Dispatching outcomes depend on market conditions and third-party decisions beyond our control.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. You are an independent contractor and retain full control over your business operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Engage Shipping may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Misrepresent your authority or credentials

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

  • Use our Services to engage in fraud or deceptive practices
